For those secondaries which request a picture to be attached, should I be wearing a shirt and tie in the pic or is one without perfectly fine?

Without is fine. My feeling is these are mostly just to jog interviewers' memories so they can remember who exactly UWPanther is (would that be UW-Milwaukee, btw?). Obviously, the picture shouldn't be anything crazy, but any basic headshot will do.
