English is not my native language.

I came to the states 12 years ago and i have been US citizen for more than 6 years. I graduated from UC (with bachelor's).

I do not have any trouble in English and i have never been in ESL classes or whatsoever.

I speak both languages well but I know my native language is little better.

Do i need to take TOEFL? what do you guys think, anyone in same situation?

if the school you're applying for requires TOEFL, then I'm pretty sure that you have to take it. There are schools that don't. Many schools waive TOEFL if you became a US citizen or you've studied undergraduate in the US/received your bachelor's in US. A disadvantage of TOEFL is that it expires after 2 years... I just found this out few days ago because i took my TOEFL almost 3 years ago. I don't want to retake the TOEFL again (It costs like $200) so I am not applying to school that requires it.

The best way to find if the school requires the TOEFL or not is to search the pharmacy school through Pharmcas. Hope this helps.
