Quick Transcript Question!

Quick question: I've recently sent a transcript that doesn't include my last semester's (this summer's) 2 classes to AACOMAS. Will all or certain medical schools ask me to send an updated transcript once this summer's classes are over?

I am pretty sure you have to mark classes in progress and then send updated transcripts once the class is complete. I don't think it will hold up your application if it's only two classes though.
