Quick USMLE question...

my roomates were just going on about (they are both pre-med here...im headed to india this year to start med school) the USMLE has two different versions???...one for US graduates and one for foreign graduates...is this a load of bull****; are my roomates just trying to scare me..or is this actually true.??? 😕
