Hi guys,

I'm involved in two research projects on campus. One is clinical research related to strokes in the ER, I'm wondering if it would look bad to quit after 2 quarters of doing it for 6 hrs/week. I just don't feel like I'm learning anything new anymore, but I'm scared it will look bad if I quit since it might suggest a lack of commitment. It's definitely something that I want to mention in my med school app (I'm a sophomore planning to go straight, *fingers crossed), but I'm unsure of what to do.

It's also a kind of research that's coordinated by a lot of undergrads so the prospects of getting a great recommendation letter are dismal.

Have any of you guys been asked why you quit an activity after spending considerable time in it?

Would it matter (look a lil better) if I continued it in the summer and then quit?

Thanks a lot!
