Depends on your state rules. In California, any unused vacation days are cashed out when you leave.

Because those are not earned hours..only earned hours are cashed out.
If you purposely use all your hours then quit, they may just stamp "do not rehire" on your profile.

You just said any unused vacation days are cashed out when you leave. Everyone has 2-4 weeks unused vacation days starting in the beginning of the year. Now you're saying only earned hours are cashed out (which is what we said earlier - they are prorated) so which is it?

That's not really CVS... his sup is just a dbagi know of a staff pharmacist of 15 years with the company that got rejected when requesting 2 consecutive weeks off to travel to india for a wedding. not only cvs gives less benefits than other companies, they don't even let u use it..
