Sorry, noob question here.

What is a R.Pharm? Is it a masters in pharmacy? do they have the same rights as a D.Pharm?

Do you mean RPh? It stands for registered pharmacist, and it just designates that a person is licensed by the state.

As Shizelbs has said, RPh stands for Registered Pharmacist, all pharmacists that are registered with the state in which they practice, whether or not they have a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, are referred to as a Registered Pharmacist. A B.S. in Pharmacy is a degree that the ACPE has decided to do away with in order to move the profession of Pharmacy along. The Pharm.D. or Doctorate of Pharmacy is the only degree currently available in the U.S.; again due to ACPE.
