On topscore, test 1 number 94, why is the answer A? I got that answer C was R configuration and B and A were S configuration

I think they meant to represent them as Fischer projections where the lowest priority groups have to be on the vertical positions, or at least that is how I got the answer they had for the key.
 
This is what I found online:
Use the periodic table to assign priority to the groups around the central carbon. The configuration of A is R. B and C are both S. The answer is therefore A.
