Once you are in college, no one will care about your high school grades any more. You start over with a clean slate.

Focus on building up your GPA and adjusting where you need to moving forward. I'm sorry you had to deal with bullying but I'm glad it has been resolved so you can concentrate more on your school work.
Absolutely! I graduated in the middle of my high school class even failed a couple of classes in high school. Now I have a MD& Ph.D. I reinvented myself in college and worked really hard.
