Anybody else previously employed with RA as an intern waiting on offer letter for Grad Intern with WAG?

From what I understand from students who are in this situation: this is not a good place to be...verbal offers that were made in the fall are being rescinded. "Sorry; the merger happened quicker than we thought it would" is the line they are being told.

It seems like the soon to be grads at the Rite Aids that are becoming Albertsons are faring better.

Yea, I don't see these offers being valid anymore. Of course it depends on your area but almost all the Rite Aids around my area have a Walgreens next to them...with their own interns and whatnot.
