So according UWorld, for vaccinated patients: give Rabies vaccine only. For unvaccinated patients: give Rabies vaccine AND immunoglobulin.

What about when the vaccination status of the patient is unknown? What to give as rabies post-exposure prophylaxis?

Wouldn't you assume the worst case scenario ie. unvaccinated? Most people aren't vaccinated against rabies.
