RAC certification exam without experience

Hi,
I have been working as a retail pharmacist for 10 years, looking for a career transition. Is it worth getting RAC certification to get in to Regulatory jobs?? Without any experience are there any chances to pass the exam?? Is it worth of trying???
Need suggestions please!!!
