How would one locate such programs if they do exist? Just curious as I get ready for the upcoming application year.

Note that this is for 2006, and I don't know if there will be any changes in 2007. Also, Moffitt (in Tampa, FL) isn't listed there, but I'm guessing they will still be accepting applications outside of ERAS:
