If you did rotations in both, applied in both, interviewed in both and now will rank some of each you should be well aware of the huge differences between radiology and radiation oncology. Check out Steph's FAQ for a concise answer to this question. The fields are really vastly different and you need to figure out which one you like better. If you really don't have a preference (which is hard to believe) then it doesn't matter what you rank where.
