I apologize in advance for possibly starting a thread that has been asked before, but I couldn't find any such information after a cursory search.

Does anyone know of a website that provides radiographs for others to evaluate and determine the pathology?

I only ask, because I recall a resident on these forums recently saying that they often look through their hospital's radiographs and try to determine the pathology in their down time as good practice (they were uncertain as to whether it was a HIPAA violation, however).

There is a great website where people have posted several thousand radiographic cases called www.mypacs.net. You can also create a free account and keep track of interesting cases as well. I think it is a great website and I've found it very useful.
