2) If so, which one? 'Ridiculous simple' version or some others?

You dont need to study rads for Step 1. Focus on the basic sciency, physiology, path, pharm etc. There is very little clinical knowledge required.
 
Hmm. There was barely any radiology on Step 1.

Look at the neuro images in HY Neuroanatomy and/or whatever you used as your course neuroanatomy text. That probably would've helped me (I had maybe 3 or 4 neuroanatomy questions with imaging).

Head MRI/CT is all that you might see. I remember probably 5-7 questions with pictures of these type of images. Also recognize the sunburst pattern on X-ray and those radiographic images that are found in First Aid are also high yield. Besides this, you should be covered being aloof in the rads realm.
