radiology for step 2 ck

I am doing usmle world questions in anticipation of taking the exam in Sept 2010. I just did a combined pulmonary/cardio block that was ALL pictures.

I will be doing a radiology rotation after I take Step 2CK; so I have very little experience with radiology so far.

I was wondering if there was a good audio clip/study material to help me understand radiology/pictures for this exam.

All I have is the Crush Step 2 radiology section and one McMumbi podcast posted in these forums.

Any suggestions?
