Radiology Programs

I am really interested in Radiology as a career but I really don't want to go to years of medical school, along with residency, not because I can;t but because I don't want to spend that much of a chunk of my life in school. I am wondering if there is a step just before that. Perhaps equivalent to a masters degree (time wise), for Radiology careers. I am interested in just becoming a tech though, so does anyone know of anything like this. For reference- CRNA/Anesthesiologist.
