There are no radiotherapy-resistant cancers.

It's all a matter of applying the needed dose.
 
Well since there are dose-limiting criteria for every treatment site your argument is a reductio ad absurdum.

I mean theoretically if we could deliver 1000 Gy to a GBM GTV + known microscopic disease (CTV) then I guess we would have a lot of long-term survivors.
 
It was meant to be a joke, that's why I originally posted it under "RadOnc jokes"...
