RadOnc advice for an M2

I'll start my 2nd year in the Fall. I'm sure that I want to do RadOnc and I just found this thread. My home institution, NJMS, doesn't have a program. What can I do in the next year to make myself an appealing applicant for RadOnc? I've already got solid grades and I'm a very hard worker, but I know that isn't everything. If this question has already been fielded several times, would you mind directing me to where I might find this info?
