I'm a fourth year student there now. I really love the place -- great teaching, relaxed environment, residents seem to be quite happy. Speaking to the third year residents (the class that notoriously didn't fill in the match), they very quickly fixed the problems that preceded that. Plus, there's a new program director since then. I'm currently trying to decide between staying with a program I know I'll like vs. trying a new program/city.

I did an AI there. The teaching was fantastic during rounds. No morning report. Good noon conferences with lunch every day. There was a fair amount of pimping, usually not harsh at all (except with one attending). Call is q4, with 0-4 hrs sleep, usually seemed like residents got 2-3. Most residents signed out between 1-2pm post-call.

The sign out system is amazing. You write notes on the computer and can modify each day's notes quickly. The computerized order entry system is REALLY old, but I got used to it within the month and didn't mind it.

Most of the residents were happy but tired. There were plenty of zebras. Nurses were very nice and helpful. Child life, phlebotomy etc. were all incredible.

Intl health- only place with a certificate "track". Lots of opportunities and many residents chose this program based on the intl health.

Cleveland could be a major drawback depending on how much you value location.
