Hey all,
Just joined the forum after a few weeks of just reading around. I'm a senior CSD undergrad, I've submitted all of my applications, and I'm waiting on the responses.
Now, my GPA is high (3.7 cum., 3.87 major), my GRE is fairly strong (1200), and I've had a good bit of experience as well as some volunteer work and good letters of rec. For the schools to which I applied, I'm comfortably confident about my chances of getting in...
...my main concern is this: my roommates and I occasionally take in certain substances (on the weekends, nearly never during the school week), the metabolites of which often show up on simple drug tests.
Now, it is simply a matter of having fun when all the work is done, and it obviously has never negatively affected my grades. My concern is whether any AuD grad programs, in your experiences, have ever randomly tested for any drug.
I don't intend on continuing such behavior once grad classes start, but I'm curious as to whether I have to worry about any surprises during this period between applications/acceptances and the beginning of the next school year.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
