OK. I am so lame that it took me about 20 of these posts, and me wondering, wtf are these people talking about? before I finally figured it out. :laugh:

my bro's MIL is crazy, too.

her hsb had bypass surgery last year, and she locked herself in a bathroom at the hospital (not just the stall- the entire BATHROOM). When my SIL and her sis finally got in there, they found her curled up in a fetal position on the floor, sobbing about how this was the end of her life if something happened to him.

mind you, she has not slept in the same bed as this man in over 20 years.

it took them over an hour to convince her to come out, and that was only after my bro and mother agreed to leave b/c she didn't want any "non-family" to see her like this.

"non-family" is an interesting term, as my bro has been married for 10 years, and they've been together for almost 17.

...speaking of bat**** crazy....

After growing my hair out to shoulder length (still that long), I have a lot of respect for girls that can maintain their hair. I, being a guy, just really don't care for all that time being spent on my hair so needless to say, it doesn't look that good, lol!

You should. I used to have hair about the same length as yours, went short totally spontaneously, and absolutely love it. It is so easy to take care of.

I was a junior/senior in high school in 1997.

I thought you were only a year or two older than me?

*ponders* I'm 28, young grasshopper. 😛

But I went to med school when I was 21. And took the MCAT 2 years before that. So I guess I was 19 when I took it??!! :scared: Dang, I threw away a lot of my life now that I think about it.

for me, going to the salon is like a box of chocolates- I never know what I'm gonna get.

he keeps cutting mine progressively shorter, although he knows that if I look like Celine Dion from her Vegas show with that crew cut, he's getting the bejeezus knocked out of him

I tried to make a new City of Villains character who was a fire/warmth corruptor.

Delta H was already taken as a name. I wound up going with Specific Heat.

Guess I'm not the only geek gamer out there. 😉
