Hey there Randomites.

A few thoughts:

1. Ann Coulter personally scares me, but I have nothing against her suporters.

2. Love the new kittens Meg

3. So sorry you had to miss the race beary

4. Nice blog A-man

5. I realize that I never answered my riddles and there's not much point posting it here since they were probably forgotten, so if anyone is really curious, just pm me and I'll answer.

A few questions:

1. Speaking of books, is it wrong to read a book (Proust's Searching for Lost Time) JUST because it is excruciatingly long (ie over 3000 pages)?

2. Yahoo-movies says that Talladega nights is 1st and snakes on a plane is 2nd, but y'all say otherwise. Who's right?

3. Which are better...kittens or puppies?

Damn, I missed another day of randomite posting. 🙁

Check out my blog! We got a new kitty named Nibbles!

Also, Brett, I think you, me, and beary are the only ones who like Ann Coulter. I don't know about beary, but you and me are the only Republicans, too.

At any rate, she doesn't scare me half as much as Howard Dean or Hillary Clinton does!

he's doing pretty good. He keeps an eye on her wherever she goes. When she wanders close to him he just touches her nose then walks away to a spot to watch her from. I had her on the bed this morning and Pete hopped up to continue to keep his eyes on her!

Anyway, i think they'll be good buds before long. she loves to lick and groom, and Pete loves attention.

I feel so out of the loop. 🙁 I've missed so much the past few weeks evn though I've been lurking a little and trying to keep up!

I need an update stat on all of you!

I'm back in OK. Classes start this afternoon. I got deregistered for 2 of my classes and one of them is full. 🙁 (chem I) so it looks like I'm not retaking chem. I don't know if I have "labs" this week though ... I guess I'll find out at my first class today. B/c my class tonight is a lab.

Let's put it this way - I got a handwritten letter of thanks from President Bush for all the grassroots work I did for his campaign in Iowa. And I got invited to his second inauguration. 😀

I have nothing to do at work at the moment. I am all caught up on documentation, there is nothing to gross in yet, and slides aren't out for signout. *sigh* Hopefully today will be a short day!

During my lull time here I am going to return emails and check out registering for Step 3. Ideally I would like to take it end of October but may already have missed the window for that.

This is a summary of my day so far:
"beary! how was the race?"
"Oh, thanks, I wasn't feeling great and didn't make it."

Hey, thanks! I know it is! 🙂 I'm super pumped for that weekend because I will be going to the Steelers/Chiefs game on Sunday and then I have the interview Monday. 😀

Edit: I hope that doesn't come across the wrong way...I meant that I was amazed that they invited me to interview! And so soon!

:laugh: I know, it always amazes me. I'm very impressed. I don't know if I could be away for ten years and come back to it. I'm worried about my 2 years away from school! 😛
