It's okay for you I guess. But at my interviews I met some pre-meds who could have done with some THC before their interviews. :laugh:

(For the record, I don't really smoke pot. My personality just makes it seem that way :meanie: )

I am pissed! 😡 I just got off the phone with the community college I took classes at about 4 years ago. I put in a transcript request, in person, 2 week ago. I found out today they mailed it out this past FRIDAY! Does anyone know if I can submit my AMCAS now even though it will be a week or two til my transcript gets processed or will I go back to the end of the line if all my transcripts aren't in by the time I submit?

I think you're not placed in the line until all your transcripts are there. But I could be wrong, call and see what they say.

But I haven't really approved of any republican politicians recently and I didn't vote for Bush last election. 😉

Does George Washington have any great great great great great great grandchildren with the last name Washington who are in politics? I would vote for him/her just for the name.

BB, you got season tickets? Does your school give you a fixed seat for the entire season? UF's season football tickets are random at each game. Plus, if you don't pick up your ticket before something like 3 days til the game, you lose your ticket (even though you already paid for it!) and they resell it!!! Plus, you can only resell your ticket to students since they give you "student-only" marked tickets that require a UFID. One reason I only had tickets for one season. They suck. 😡 Miami, FSU, and UCF all have free student tickets!

Yep I got all 6. They are supposed to check ID's but they never do.
Miami, WVU an UK at home. I could probably make $1000 selling these.

That's awesome, ours cost $160 for the season but they sold out in like 2 days so now they are going for around $800 on ebay

WOW!!! 😱 Basketball is free here at UF except to get season tickets, you need to have attended 8 games minimum the previous year. They may change that this season since so many will attend since we are the champions. 😉

I paid $45 for my UF football season tickets and went to 2 ****ty games. I think it's $70 now.

I only went to one basketball game at UF this year. We played Vandy (Durden 😛 ). It was a close game at the half, but we won by a lot at the end. I'm glad to see the starting lineup play in person. I won't have a chance this year being in Orlando. 🙁 We got a lot of free stuff at the games, too. I got a Gatorade/UF Beanie, my friend got a blue/orange wig, t-shirts, etc. All paid for by Gatorade and Pepsi. 😀

I would think you can submit it, it just might not get verified right away. Anyone else?

I ended up calling them. They said that they won't put my application in the wait line til they get my transcript. So I'm in no rush to turn my app in until later this week. 🙂
