Here's the thing. I don't like a lot of the liberal/libertarian social issues 100%, but the underlying principle of laissez faire federal government in the day to day lives of its people appeals to me greatly.

No. 😀

I think nowadays we know so much about all the candidates, that it is hard to truly respect any of them. I just know that I would not come off so squeaky clean if somebody put my life under that kind of a microscope either.

Tomorrow I am getting my first whipple! I feel a strange mixture of excitement and trepidation over this.

i am convinced now that the pathology department runs the hospital. send this as a frozen section to path, send this as a cytology to path, send this IUD we just removed to path - they have to check it for fungus or something. :laugh:

ha, the pathologist actually called the OR and when one of the medical students picked up the phone the pathologist was like, "Let me talk to an MD." :laugh:

Oh, there was a colectomy on the OR schedule (meaning I would get a huge colon that would take me hours to gross in. I hate colons). But the surgery got cancelled. 😀

:laugh: That's sort of funny, but mean. I always talk to the med students if they're available. Some of them come down to ask me stuff, and I always page them first when I get the dx. 😉 They're so funny, they always call me "dr. beary" even though I have told them repeatedly to call me "beary" as I was a med student like 2 months ago. :laugh:

calling all video game nerds:

I almost bought World of Warcraft today at Best Buy (it's on sale for $29), but I was informed that you need to buy an online subscription to play. wtf is up with that? Can anyone tell me how much it costs per month and if there is anyway you can play for free 😕

The last pc game I played was Diablo II and that was 2 years ago. I don't even know if my pc can handle these games anymore since I only have an integrated graphics card.

:laugh: Not a biopsy. I got probably 100 colon biopsies a day. These take seconds each. I'm talking about a whole mothaf****n colon.

PM me if you want more info. I 😍 WoW. It's the best. Your first month is free with the game. After that it is $13/month. It is SO worth it. You must create a horde character on the server Khaz Modan. That's where I play. :laugh: Actually, I have some alliance characters too. So whichever. But definitely choose that server. 😀
