Not sure what the Random thread is all about? Well, here's the answer to all your questions.

It's basically a restaurant. That serves breaststicks. And lots of cute fruit and veggies. And is patronized by a HO. And Tucker Carlson. Vin Diesel, too. Lots of race car drivers eat here, as well. We're very well respected by the Amish... one girl in particular is here almost all the time.

The food is great if you're low on iron. It's not on the menu, but you can ask about the special secret garlic cure home recipe. One of the hostesses often makes weather predictions, but she's not always around. I think she has another job with the government. Or a government. Something like that. One of the other hostesses says "Bitch, please," a lot, but she's joking... don't take it personally.

Forget anything you've heard about the girl who died here from arsenic poisoning. That was a long time ago, and she's still alive, anyway... just busy so she doesn't come in as much. Besides, a little arsenic adds a lot of flavor to just about any dish.

Pretty flowers by the entrance, hey? Lilis, they are. Beautiful. And the music is totally hopping... we have our very own DJ. Looks a little like Brad Pitt.

I guess that's pretty much all you need to know. I'm usually in the corner booth over there drinking a nice glass of wine. You're welcome to join me, anytime. We're open 24/7.

I think it's just us 4.

Tomorrow Agassi plays against Benjamin Becker. Rain is forecasted so the match may get delayed. It would be good for Agassi.

I read that doctors said it would be crazy to give him two cortisone injections in a week and that most people that need them take 9 in a LIFETIME?! What's up with that? I don't know much about this subject.

Wow, I didn't know that they could do that. What are they for? They're probably pulling out all the stops for his last tournament.

He has like a bulging disc or something so they give him cortisone shots in his back to stop the inflammation. He couldn't walk after his match Monday night til they gave him this shot for lastnight's match. Pretty serious stuff. He had problems walking towards of the end of lastnight's match, too, and I heard he had trouble going to his car to get picked up.

I know there's two Starbucks on either side of campus, but I'm not a coffee drinker so I won't be of much use in directions. And I'm guessing you'll want to avoid the student cafeterias.

But don't get your hopes up too much; no hippy is getting into Vandy on my watch.

I found the starbucks on 21st - I think it was 21st. But coporate coffee tends to blow big time.

Awwww - No hippies at Vandy? Where's the MCAT twin love? :meanie:

Yay!! Have you interviewed at any of the Texas schools?

Are you interviewing for next Sept? It just seems totally different from what we do here. Usually interviews happen in Feb to April and offers of admission go out between May to July

thats a bold statement there meg. my favorite quote from southpark is mr.garrison's i think in reference to women:

"never trust anything that bleeds for 5 days and doesnt die."

Normally I would have let her have M&C for breakfast if she wanted but I needed to leave for class and didn't have time to make it. 😉

ok i went to ghetto walmart to get diet snapple. omg i can never go there again--people were yelling and fighting in the aisles and at the checkout and i stood in line foreverrrr. scary

LOL. I just got back from ghetto No Frills. Some people have zero patience and huge sense of entitlement. It was a tad busy, there was 2 check outs open. We were lined up maybe four to six people deep...but this was the express line up. The wait was less than 5 mins. The lady behind me was like 'why don't they have more cashiers open?' 'they take so long here'. She even asked one of the shelf stockers if there were more cashiers around. She muttered a few expletives. I got to the cashier, she was next after me. She then curses some more and leaves her stuff on the conveyer belt thingy. WTF?! She was next...why bother waiting so long? I guess she was looking for an audience to show what a bada** she is

Man I hate grocery shopping!!! 😡

let's just say i would never EVER go to this walmart at night. yeah i was in the express lane and i waited over 10 minutes.

oh yeah--and people would get like that when i worked at target--just snobby uptight most annoying people. get mad if they have to wait in line for 2 minutes
