So one thing I've noticed is that when studying orgo, I'm familiar with the things I've learned. I used chads and destroyer. However, then I do practice questions from places like qvault and there are many questions on there with reactions I still have never seen or concepts I don't know about. For example, reactions involving protecting groups?? Anyway, for the people that get high 20s, do they just remember all of these random reactions, or do they just not appear on the DAT frequently enough for Chad and destroyer to cover them?

Pre test anxiety...

luckily I had 0 question about lab and all the reactions were pretty basic. Personally I have still not mastered SN or E reaction. I had half conceptual questions i.e. ranking stuff and other half just reactions and their predicted product but nothing crazy or involving with stereochemistry.
