I was just browsing through some schools on PharmCas that take the PCAT and noticed that some of them require scores w/ a minimum of 50. Does that mean minimum of 50 composite? or individual? Cus yanno, my overall composite wasn't too bad, it's just that for one of the sections, my bladder just killed me. -_-

I'm not sure, but my guess would be they are referring to a minimum composite score. The only specific requirements I happen to know of are those of UT Memphis: I believe its a minimum composite of 40 and a minimum for any section of 25. I'm not sure if that's a good representation of what most schools use or not, but I sure thought it was encouraging. Hope it helps 👍

When I spoke with UF at their Open House here in Jacksonville, they said that they looked at the individual sections. They also reminded us that there's a difference between what's the minimum (70th percentile) and what's competitive (80+).

UF had a 1/7 Acceptance/Applicant ratio. Is not an easy school to get into.
