Random question about C/L psychiatry

Are there C/L psychiatrists at smaller or more community based hospitals? If so, how big does the hospital generally have to be before they start hiring C/L psychiatrists? Are there jobs where you could do C/L psychiatry for both adults and children?

My original interest in psychiatry was because of C-L... but the more I learn about it, the less inclined I am to pursue C-L for fellowship. Wish there was more money in C-L, in all honesty...

You can always create a niche outpt private practice in C/L. Doing like psychoderm or psycho-oncology.
