Oh no! Time for a trip back to the home country?

I went home this summer. But apparently it wasn't enough time there. 😳

I'm taking German this fall though and am getting a minor in it probably. I need to fill the language requirement anyways, so why not make it easy on myself. 😎

I did that too! I mean, I genuinely was pursuing both of my degrees, but definitely didn't mind the extra study abroad scholarship I got because I was also a humanities major.

I thought it'd be another thing to add to my resume and there are some neat classes to take for German, too! I love learning about the Holocaust so I really hope that class will fit with my schedule eventually.

I took a class as part of my undergrad theology degree ... some private donor chartered a jet to fly my class and classes from two other schools out to D.C. to see the Holocaust Museum. One day trip out and back. Was really, really interesting. Definitely a worthwhile museum to visit.

I would love to go there and see it! I'm so jealous! If I ever go there, I'll definitively visit!

👍

There is also a book which summarizes the museum's permanent exhibit if you can't get there. Very interesting. I got the book from my local library then went to DC on vacay.

Maybe our library has it here. Do you remember the name of it?
