This was the cutest kitten of all time ...

View attachment Rita.jpg

Someone found her underneath their car when she was about 4 weeks old. She had a broken pelvis, was covered in ringworm, and had a URI. We fostered/rehabbed her then my MIL adopted her. You can't really tell in the picture but she is a torti with orange tabby stripes that you can see on her back legs.

We would've kept her but one of our dogs just can't seem to coexist with kitties 🙄

I will admit Nyan, Yeti is REALLY cute. Almost as cute as Nari 😛. Who, by the way is named after Inara from Firefly. Where are LIS and dyachei? They will appreciate this!

May I humbly enter Widget in the cutest kitten contest? I think she's very hard to beat.

And I will go on and also enter Henry in the "most awkward kitten" contest. His ears combined are pretty much the size of his face. His legs are all gangly and his fur hasn't quite grown in at the base of his tail.

Ok, ready for ugliest kitten ever award? This was the first kitten I ever fostered who now was adopted by one of my good friends.
First he looked like this:

And then he looked normal and super cute for a while...

And then he turned into this (and the picture does not even do his ears justice)

How does something go from having creepy, tiny ears as a baby to such humongous ears as an adult?

And for fun... (Apparently he loves getting dressed up, but I haven't seen it in person)

I can't stop laughing!

I'm glad you are amused.
I didn't realize he was so ugly when I got him because he was the first young kitten I had dealt with. But then one of the vets I work with saw him and couldn't stop laughing. And then it dawned on me haha.
Oh! and he had wonky legs. You can see it in that first baby pic, that's why he had the wrap on the one leg (useless), but you can see how his wrist rotates out on the other leg. At least he grew out of that eventually.

This is Jack, the most bone headed, spoiled, trouble-making, havoc-causing kitten to ever hold the position of clinic cat. He is also ridiculously cute 😍

he always makes this face at the camera but trust me, he's cute

Wow, wildcatj, your kitten has Henry beat by a mile for most awkward kitten! At least Henry grew into a quite pretty athletic adult. Although your kitty as an adult is significantly less awkward than the kitten stage. So cute!

Unfortunately, I don't have a cat...yet. Soon....

My pups stayed home with the parents. I'm so busy and my parents have a bigger better place and it's what the dogs are used to; plus my dad works at home so they always have company there. I miss them a lot, but not the hair everywhere
