My cats were play fighting just a bit ago and it got suspiciously quiet so I went to check on them. Apparently they took my hamper off the table in the laundry room, pulled it 10 feet to the hall and are cuddling in it.

I'm getting cowboy boots for christmas to go dancing with my bf when he gets back. Yes, we do go out to enough places dressed up like that to make it worth it.
I went onto my favorite boots website and (without realizing) went through about 1,400 of them. Narrowed it down to about 15 and still can't decide. And I hate ordering boots online. But HorseTown doesn't have much to offer in my size that I really like..

Just how it seems to go in the south. Not even just going out, it's not uncommon here for people to wear boots on campus going to class and whatnot. And yet, I've lived in Texas for close to 15 years and have never owned a pair of boots; I feel like I'm breaking some sort of cardinal rule. They're expensive though!
I have 5 pairs of boots. One is specifically for lab/the barn, 2 are for wearing to class, traveling (I usually fly in boots), or just everyday use, 1 is for date night and the other pair would be for everyday use but they need to be repaired.

This is my first Thanksgiving away from family.. I thought it would be really hard, but when there is nothing around to remind you about it because they don't celebrate it here... It really doesn't make it as hard. Now are there are a bunch of Christmas stuffs around.. that is making me excited to go home! 🙂
