I am glad we are on the same page. I was quite upset at the writers for a couple days. Still not entirely over it, and I think they made bad decisions, but it is what it is.

I just honestly feel like you shouldn't ever want to be doing surgery that quickly.
That sounds like my personal hell.

I could probably do a 50-100 cat neuters in that amount of time...if they were delivered to me sedated
If you ever can see a vet that does spays and neuters only, then you can realize how possible this is. I saw a vet on externship spay a large breed dog in 10 minutes... I was in shock, but she spent years doing nothing but spays and neuters. I am going to assume that the animals are anesthetized and brought to the surgery room in a quick fashion so there is zero down-time between surgeries, otherwise it wouldn't be possible if you have to stop between each one to anesthetize them.
I've actually spent quite a bit of time with feral cat TNR programs and I know how insanely quick they can be. Just personally, I don't think I'd ever want to work in a situation where I'm expected to bang out a surgery every 6 minutes - seems like a perfect breeding ground for mistakes.
Tell me about it - I was super proud when I managed a half hour kitty spay a while back, haha...Perhaps... I would never be able to do it, that is for sure..

Stayed up until 2AM to finish reading mockingjay and I have to say I'm kind of disappointed by the ending. Also I think that this book was really way too long, it really didn't need to be that long to finish the story and after a while I just got annoyed because I just wanted to know the ending, which ended up being a bit disappointing IMO.
Agreed on all accounts. For me, the constant whining didn't help as well...
What bothered me was the constant "set backs" and the dragging out of entire war. It seemed like anytime the story took one step forward to the end, it immediately took two steps backward
