i submitted my rank list last week, but have not received an email confirmation.
anyone else with a similar story? will we get confirmation at some point?

I submitted yesterday and got confirmation a few hours later. Have you tried calling?

agree with VikingFavre. SF Match website says that you should receive confirmation via email within one business day. Probably should give them a call if you haven't heard anything at this point.

I submitted yesterday and have not received confirmation. I called and the message said they are on vacation until Jan 5th. Sigh.

Hey, I hadn't gotten my ranklist either so I checked my Spam inbox and there it was!

The sender: "help" and the Subject Line was: "Please Review Your Rank List"

BTW, I have Gmail.

🙄 nice time to take a vacation. I can understand taking today (Jan. 1) off, but taking off the following Monday when rank lists are due on Thursday (at NOON) that week??? Guess some people won't receive confirmation via email. I would imagine that there will be quite a backlog of confirmation emails to send out when they show up to work on Tuesday, not to mention all the rank lists they'll receive Tues. through Thursday 12noon(PST).

I submitted 2 days ago and haven't received a confirmation email! 😡 Doesn't the online list go to some computer, then the computer says "ah ha, I got your list" then automatically send you a confirmation"??

I think I know the answer but will ask anyways. Do we mail our rank list in after we submit online? Just wanna cover all the bases.

you would think that they would have an automated response, but it doesn't seem that they do.

and no, unless i've completely missed something, we don't have to mail our rank list in after we submit it online. but don't worry, you aren't the only one having neurotic tendencies these days. 😀

I too submitted a rank list on Dec. 30th and have not received confirmation. Has anyone else in my situation tried resubmitting? I am debating just starting over and trying to submit a rank list again today.

Also, did anyone receive any error message while submitting the first time?

When I submitted on Dec. 30, I got "Thank you for submitting your rank list! On 12/30/09, 1:02pm
You will receive email confirmation within one business day.
Please note that our system accepts the first rank list submitted and will automatically reject all others.
.........I'm going to wait to call them tomorrow (when they get back from vacation). I bet our stuff is in the system, but for whatever reason, it didnt send out a confirmation email.

I submitted my rank list today and got a confirmation 5 minutes later from SF Match. Are any of you also sending in a fax or just relying on email? Hopefully the rest of you will get confirmations once they are back in the office. Good Luck to everyone!

I submitted on Dec. 31 and received email confirmation ~11am EST today, so it looks like they are back in the swing of things post-vacation. 👍

i submitted on 1/1 and received a confirmation e-mail today morning. If you submitted earlier and haven't received a confirmation e-mail I would call them. They are actually open today (I think I saw someone post that they are closed until the 5th).

this is the first time ive ever had an impt email (eras or sfmatch) find its way into my junk mail, but there it was! along with about 9 more error emails telling me id already submitted. haha

I received a confirmation email within 15 minutes after submitting my rank list today, just before noon EST.
