I don't think there are any...your best bet are the US news hospital rankings which rank each hospital by specialty. Pretty much all the hospitals that make the lists are teaching hospitals that will have a residency program in that specialty.

There aren't any rankings, and the US News isn't a good place to start. The AMA's FREIDA is the most comprehensive listing of programs in all specialties:

If you are interested in the reputation of programs in a given field a good place to start is a faculty member at your own school in that field. The 'best' program will depend on your particular wants.
