just wanted to get your opinion of on these 4 schools. how would you rank them? If tution and location was a non-issue, which one would you use? Meaning which school will produce most capable ODs?

Pacific
UAB
UHCO
PCO

They are ranked in terms of which is cheaper for you. THAT is number one and the ONLY thing you should care about.

In the long run, nobody will care where you went to school.

A good student will perform well at all these schools. It's impossible to rank them unless there is a quantitative system set up.

You are just basically asking folks for their opinions, which are corrupted by bias and subjectivity. I would place very little value on any of the response you get.

I agree. There is no official national ranking, and while some schools have a slightly different emphasis, you will receive a good education from any of these schools. You really have to decide what is cheapest for you, or what you are specifically looking for in a school. For example, if you are really into research, UAB is #1, followed by UHCO, PCO has more externship time, blah blah blah. Just research and figure out which is a good fit for you financially and personality-wise.
