Ranking categorical and advanced (same program)

Some of the programs I am applying to have a few categorical spots (they include an intern year) and more advanced spots (one has to find their own intern year). If I wanted to go to that program and had to rank both the advanced and categorical programs does that count as two ranks on my ROL?
