Hey n0chi,

Before people start flaming you for asking this question, there arent really any formal rankings. You can do a search on here and will find this topic has been discussed ad naseum. Osteopathic schools get ranked along with allopathic schools by USNews. A few, MSUCOM I know for sure, is ranked in primary care. One thing about USNews is that the amount of money the school recieves in grants and how much research they do is figured highly in the schools rank. Being that osteopathic schools mostly focus on primary care and dont seem to recieve as many grants, they are generally not as highly ranked. This isnt to say that osteopathic schools arent as good as allopathic schools, just maybe that they have a different focus. Anyway, a few people on here will say that schools like KCOM, PCOM, CCOM and a few of the other more established schools are the "best," but it is really subjective. I happen to love UNECOM for a number of reasons and have heard nothing but good things about it. Anyway, do some research, search the "official class of" pages and schools websites and find out what you want for yourself. Any help I can provide I will. Just PM me if you want anything else. Cheers

If you care about rankings, TCOM and WVSOM make the U.S. News primary care ranking. Most people entering DO schools don't seem to care much about how their schools are ranked, rather chosen by if they like it or not. Any school that you goto, you will get the same basic education.
