I swear, if another patient comes in to triage asking for a 3D ultrasound to check on the baby I’m going to flip the portable ultrasound cart.

3D ultrasound is not useless. Very helpful for uterine anomalies etc.

Your rant with people coming to triage for an unindicated ultrasound is a separate issue.
