I ended up missing a whole year of school due to health issues. I thought I was better and decided to start school again this year...and surprise, surprise! I become sicker than last year and pass 2 out of 3 classes last semester with Cs (mediocre) because I could not make it to class daily. I missed lots of exams. I started feeling better again and decided to take 3 additional super easy classes, and there goes my health...again! Gaaaah...if my health were a person, I'd be high-fiving in the face non-stop. Thankfully, 2 out of the classes are online. I'm going to have to withdraw from my lovely intro to psych class because I can't even make it physically to school anymore. At this rate, I'll never graduate.

Take time to get your health under control and then try working a little or something before throwing yourself back into school. That is what I did when my body tried to die (repeatedly for over a year). When I finally got a diagnosis it still took years to build back strength and confidence. I have to balance meds which took a while to learn also. The waiting was frustrating but now I know I can do med school without any problems! You can get there!!!

Once you get your health under control, you can take summer classes. : )

Stay away from drugs and stop kissing girls. They have cooties aka germs. Yuck.

Hope you recover, your health is more important than your grades/school. You can replace your grades with more classes, but you cannot replace your health once you lose it!

Very sorry to hear this. You must concentrate on your health first and academics second. Don't destroy your GPA by repeating this by repeating this behavior.

If you keep trying to bull your way through when you're not your best, Adcom members will see this as poor choice making, not dedication.
