How much of a difference is there between the latest edition Rapid Review Pathology and the previous edition?

The Goljan stuff was probably recorded quite awhile ago and has some mistakes. By any chance is there a list of mistakes and or things that were current when it was recorded but are different now?

I haven't directly compared the info....but the format and font of the new edition seem much less cluttered and it is much easier to follow (+ there are quality pictures)...just my observation from a few minutes in the bookstore w/ both of them..

I agree.

I am only a first year but I had the 1st edition. I was reluctant to get the 2nd addition because I thought it would take more time to go over. I finally decided to get the 2nd edition and compare the 2. It seems that the content is about the same with additional pictures. I suggest buying it direct from the publisher (free ship if ordered online I think) and compare. If you don't like it you can easily get your money back(or more for some weird reason) by selling it online. You could probably sell the 1st edition to cover the cost of the 2nd edition.

I'm very comfortable using older editions of texts but this is one of the few times I actually saw some benefit in getting the latest edition.
