yes, I bought the book to study pathology off of it ... it's a bit detailed and dense, but I guess it is relatively complete. It's got good pictures and explanations (sometimes)...but it is in bullet form

I recommend checking it out of a library (if available) rather than buying it, or buying it for cheap ... I didn't use it too much to study, used it more as a reference book, since I don't have enough time to read the book,
