Hey guys I'm not really having trouble with this question rather having trouble deciding exactly what it's asking for.

3. List the factors that determine the work done by the heart.

Do they mean the outside influences that determine the amount of blood pumping out? As in increased venous pressure/return, increased sympathetic activity etc or could it means something else? It's a relatively easy question but there are a few ways you can determine 'work' so I wanted some opinions. Thanks!

lol, that's really open ended.
I would have talked about the electrical conduction of the heart.
SA->Atria contracts->Delay->AV Node->Bundle of His->Purkinje Fibers-> Ventricular Contraction.

I wouldn't know what else to write. That's really confusing. Where is it from? Do they provide any kind of review or answers to these questions?
