Can someone explain where an official test is given and how it is score?

It is given by a licensed psychologist, preferably a neuropsychologist. It's scored right or wrong. I don't know why this test would be given in isolation outside of a battery though.

This. Any in-depth discussion of the test's administration and scoring procedures could be viewed as potentially unethical with respect to tenets of psychological test security.

If someone asked me how the MCAT was scored, I would say, you get a number between 1 and 45 and the average is 28. Oops, I hope I did not just break some laws.

Npsych tests are norm referenced so it doesn't work like that.

It's the number of times a person yells "what?" per stimuli divided by the number of eyebrow lifts times the k constant.

Well, I guess to be more specific as to how it's scored. It's scored right or wrong. After that the licensed clinical psychologist finds the correct norms table and compares the raw score to the table to get some sort of standard score. The psychologist would then score the rest of the battery up the same way. Because if he/she just gave the RPM in isolation, they may not know what the hell they are doing.
