Isn't is possible to get 2 or 3 questions wrong in the hardest section of PCAT and still get that perfect 600? But in somewhat easier section, if you get 2 question wrong then your score may drop below 600 fast?

I know it really depends on how eveybody is doing during that month, but how does the raw score (out of 48 questions) really translate into scaled score (200-600) in different sections? Any ideas?

I've never taken the test, so this is just hypotehtical. For the perfect 600 scaled score:

Chem - 42/48
Bio - 44/48
Quant - 44/48
RC 42/48
Verbal 46/48

?????????!?!?!??!!!!?!?!??

You have to also take into account the experimental questions for every section except verbal, which has no experimental questions and has 40 questions which all count.

Yeah, that's true. The experimental problems.

But does this sound right roughly? Chem and math being the hardest. Reading being harder than verbal. And, bio being somewhat easier? For most people, I mean.

Yeah that's somewhat about right. I've seen some people get up to like 4-5 wrong in some sections and still get 99th%ile. It really depends on what section it is.
