Does the RC test contain 2 science 1 non science articles, or 3 science articles?
Or is it random?

I mean should I add to my readings historical or Philosophical articles or should I stick to science one?

How about the length, I know it's hard to assume the length but Is it around 1200 words per passage or leaning more toward the 1500 words and more?

Depends on your version of the DAT, best to prepare by increasing speed and comprehension . No way to know exactly what you will be presented on test day.

Length and content, as mentioned above, are highly variable between exams. You can add historical or philosophy articles to your practice - as long as they are 'difficult' reads that require your full focus to absorb the information. Scientific American articles tend to get recommended because at least one of the passages tends to be science based and they're information dense, which are qualities similar to the DAT, but if you can find a good source of philosophy articles it never hurts to add some variety.

From personal experience, all three of mine were science articles.

My three were all scientific. As for the length, it was approx 13 paragraphs, each paragraph ranging from 4-6 lines of type. Don't know how many words that would be though..maybe like 1000-1200 words.

Lol I think we had the same articles. Mine were exactly the same, exactly in that order and length. Was your second article super easy and the questions in order. My second and third article the questions were in order.
