hey everyone. For the passages on the dat where search and destroy do not work, ex. as in the piano passage or ethics, what was your method. Did you read getting some highlights for each passage then answering the question and going back to find what paragraph may have the info regarding the subject or just read the whole passage and answering the question. any thoughts ? thanks

I had the piano passage and I only got a 19 on the RC. The problem I had was that I spent entirely too much time on the piano passage. I think the best method is search and destroy (which I, unfortunately, didn't do) because reading the passages eats up a lot of time and most of the questions are pretty specific so you need to refer back to the passage anyway.

If you get a passage that is more conceptual, search and destroy wont work and will end up destroying you! (I couldn't resist the corny pun.)

Anyways, you want to do a combination of passage mapping and search and destroy, ie, do the passage map (really quickly), but do the passage map while you are doing search and destroy.

(If that doesn't make sense, I wrote something last week or something right after I took the test that explains in more detail exactly what I mean by a combination of the two methods.)
