RC passage resetting to beginning when changing questions

I've heard that the passage position resets back to the very beginning when a question is changed. Is this true for all prometric test centers?

Yes, it's just how the systems work and its VERY irritating, but you learn to live with it. On the bright side they number the paragraphs so if you find a point you think is on another question, just remember what paragraph it's in and then flip through the questions.
