hey guys
can any of you guys who took the actual dat
plz tell me some tone-related or voice-related words??
(ex. humorous, apathetic, satirical..etc.)
english is my second language and im worrying about
not knowing the meaning of words in dat
thanks!

What??? what exactly do you want??

English is my first language and i still didnt know what one question was asking, or half of the answers for that matter lol. I was averaging a 23 other than RC where i got killed and got an 18. It brought my grade down a full point. No matter what language is your first, we are all at a disadvantage when it comes to RC, because some people get easy passages while others get impossible ones. Luck of the draw is all it is.

okay so i want the words that describe the tone of the author or passage.
so something like..humorous, animated, cynical..and so on.
so for example,
what is the author's tone of the passage?
1) humorous
2) animated
3) cynical
4) frustrated
5) angry

i want those words that is going to be in the choices..
as many as possible....

do you remember any words that was on the test??
plz help~~

Honestly, you can only figure out the tone by actively reading the whole thing. When you happen to land a tone typed passage, your main goal is to read and understand as opposed to looking for detail.

For those that got tone typed passages, how many of the 16 or 17 questions were tone based for each passage?

I had one passage that had like 6 of the abstract wierd type questions.
